It’s no new thing that foreign newspapers do make blunders about reporting news in Africa most especially Nigeria and mistaking a nearby country with it.
There was a time when CNN made this blunder during the ebola outbreak period with Nigeria and Niger.
This time around, it’s New York Times turn to make this silly mistake using president Buhari’s family picture for a Ghanaian news report about “Britain accusing some lawmakers from Ghana of falsifying visa documents for family members”.
Trust Nigerians, they blasted the hell out of NY times on Twitter.
