The leaders of the All Progressives Congress in the Alimosho area of Lagos State on Saturday commended Governor Akinwunmi Ambode for constructing 21 roads and three bridges which linked the state to Ogun.
The leaders, in a joint statement, described the development as another testimony of the commitment of the state government to making every part of the state economically viable and habitable.
The statement was signed by Senator Adeola Olamilekan; two House of Representatives members, Olufemi Adebanjo and Nurudeen Akinwunmi; and the Lagos State Commissioner for Employment and Wealth Creation, Mrs. Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf.
Others are the Special Adviser to Governor Ambode on Housing, Kehinde Joseph; member, Lagos State House of Assembly, Bisi Yusuf; and the Lagos State APC Organising Secretary, Alhaji Abdullahi Enilolobo.
They noted that the completion of the projects would solve traffic challenges hitherto associated with the area and significantly boost the economy of the entire Lagos West Senatorial District.
