The Virgins That Were Prophesying

Still in the glorious mood of #World Purity Day (yesterday, November 14), I will be encouraging your purity stance from what was recorded about a beautiful family in the Bible.

"On the next day we who were Paul's companions departed and came to Caesarea, and entered the house of Philip the Evangelist, who was one of the seven, and stayed with him. Now, this man had four virgin daughters who prophesied" (Acts 21:8,9)

So, despite residing in a corrupt and immoral land, these four ladies made the decision to keep themselves chaste and they lived a pure life!

Today, you also must make the decision to subscribe to purity and run away from immorality (premarital sex, masturbation, porn, etc). Despite how corrupt our society is currently, know that there are still some young people standing for purity (and you should join us too)

Additionally, It was recorded that these ladies prophesied! It shows they were spiritual ladies who offered themselves to the LORD. It shows they were not just virgins in the flesh, but embraced total purity - Purity of the spirit, spirit of the soul, purity of the body.

You must also be pure in and out! Today, some people are still virgins quite alright, but they still do very bad things in secret! That should not be you!

Rather, you should surrender yourself totally to Jesus. You should subscribe to purity because you have decided to honor God with your body.

Some people are still virgins because they are yet to have a chance to have sex. Some are still virgins, only because they are right to meet "the right guy/lady". This shouldn't be you! You should be a virgin because you want to honor God!

The Will of God is that all sexual pleasure should be shared between a married husband and his wife in the safe confines of their marriage institution.

If you are still indulging in immoral acts (fornication, adultery, masturbation, pornography, lesbianism, gayism, etc) please stop right now before you will be damaged

Ask the LORD for forgiveness, and Jesus will help you live a life of total purity. There are tons of benefits attached to this lifestyle! Experience it too!

Receive the strength to please God, in Jesus Name!
