JT Tom West Was Shot Dead On A Movie Set. He Didn't Die In Car Crash- Afrocandy (Pix)

Controversial actress and singer, Judith Mazagwu, popularly known as Afrocandy, who is also known for her explicit sexual movies, has said that actor JT Tom West died on the set of a movie and not in a car crash as reports claimed, Igbere TV reports.

The 49-year-old shared cover pictures of the movie Ghetto Crime which she acted alongside JT in an Instagram post on Saturday.

She said the day JT died someone called her to let her know there had been an accident on set where he was shot with a loaded gun by mistake.

Afrocandy also said Nigeria has no justice.

So I remember the day he died my boy called me from Nigeria to tell me there was an accident on set he was shot with a Loaded gun by mistake but they alleged that he had a car crash to cover up the Set accident, very sad Nigeria has no Justice but someone’s got to pay for their sins! JT died in September 2006.

According to reports, JT died after a ghastly motor accident.

He was an actor, singer, dancer and film director.
