Desire Oparanozie scores against Chiamaka Nnadozie in the French Cup.
It seems like Desire Oparanozie loves scoring against Paris F.C. She scored a spectacular long range goal against them in 2018 and scored another spectacular long range goal against them in 2019. She might have achieved the feat again in 2020 if not for the COVID-19 pandemic.
Yesterday Oparanozie's new club, Dijon FC, played against Paris F.C. in the French Cup and Paris' new first choice keeper is another Nigerian, Chiamaka Nnadozie.
Nnadozie moved to Paris (her first European club) in January 2020 and she has gradually worked her way to becoming their first choice keeper and she has had a good run of clean sheets, but that was not to be the case yesterday.
Paris scored first in d 10th minute, but Oparanozie equalized in the 67th minute to take the game to penalty shootout.
Dijon triumphed 4-2 on penalties and are through to the next round.
