Hello Nairalanders.
So recently my Dell computer had an issue, the issue occured while I was using the system and NEPA took light, and because the laptop had bad battery it immediately went off and refuse to boot again. So I was thinking it was a screen issue.
That same day I took it to a repair shop and after checking the guy said it was a VGA problem. He gave me date to get my PC back, few days to the deadline he chatted me on Whatsapp if I would love to sell the PC, I politely refused. I came the following day, to take my laptop. I decided to check the system out of curiosity and discovered the RAM was 1GB instead my 4GB RAM. I asked the guy and he said it was my RAM that had issue but at first he didn't mention RAM.
Please Nairalanders how is it possible for ones RAM to reduce to 1GB from 4GB? Is that sensible at all? I refused to take the system and gave him a day to rectify the issue or I take further action.
